Customers must ensure that all information provided is accurate. Once an order is submitted, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.

 

All orders are subject to final confirmation based on product availability. If we are unable to supply any item in your order, we will notify you by phone or email to arrange a replacement or adjust the delivery date.

 

Delivery Information:

Customers must provide a correct and valid phone number.

Orders will be delivered by our selected logistics company to the Hong Kong address provided by the customer at checkout.

Please note that delivery may not be possible to:

- Outlying islands or remote areas

- Buildings without lifts

- Properties with restrictive security measures

- Rural addresses without clear signage

NRNG will not accept cancellations, refunds, or changes to the recipient’s phone number or address due to delivery restrictions.

 

Product replacement: We will only replace items in the following cases:

1. We have sent the wrong product

2. The product has a quality issue

 

In the event of any dispute, NRNG reserves the right to make the final decision.
