Return policy

Item exchanges 

We will only exchange items in the following situations:  

1) The wrong item was delivered; or  

2) The product has a quality issue.

Return arrangements  

If your item falls under circumstances 1) or 2) above, but we are unable to provide an exchange due to stock shortages, we will arrange a refund. We do not offer returns on a 'no reason' basis.
